TPMS not working
TPMS shows dashes for all tires and there is no option to relearn/reset. Does anyone know of a fix for this or had the same thing happen?

You have a 2010, so you can do the relearn yourself. It's like page 10-45 of your owners manual if I remember right.

If you have a stick, make sure it's in gear... The option doesn't show up while in neutral.

I had a similar issue with two of mine. Turned out it was the Scosche kit for my aftermarket radio that was causing the issue:

Mine did the same thing, it turned out to be the module for the door locks and remote start (on the windshield), I had my windshield replaced, and when they did it, they pinched a wire, got it fixed and now it works.

It could very well be what warren3537 described, a quick TPM relearn will guide the technician in the proper direction. a quick module scan with his MDI can also pull up a DTC that is related to your problem, but I would start with a simple TPM relearn and go from there!
