The originals where you made plans and coordinated different squads? I miss that game. It was a lot more fun than just run and gun.

Anyone who builds gaming PCs can usually tell you that anything over 8GB is overkill unless you're running video/photo-conversion software or design software (Photoshop/Video Editors/CAD software like SolidWorks, etc.).
A 32 bit system is capable of addressing a max of 4 gigs at one time, not 2.

Like the first rainbow six Vegas. Did MLG with that one we were rank 38 in the world so much fun and very tough. Lots of coordination and teams talking to get a good win.

Is anyone else confused about the back and forth information Microsoft is giving about the Xbox 1?

At first they said it doesn't require an internet connection but now Microsoft's vice president Phil Harrison has gone on the record and stated that it DOES require to be connected to the internet. According to him, the system performs authentication checks every 24 hours and if it can't perform this check the system can't be used.

There seems to be a lot of confusion.... I have given up and will wait to discuss the xbox one until after E3.

Yes. It has a x86 processor which is a 32 bit processor. Even if the OS is capable of 64 bits, it would still be limited by the processor.

As mumbled as the information is, and the way Microsoft is changing the information they released at the reveal almost on a daily basis, I'm beginning to think the same way.

32 bits?? and you guys are complaining about 8gbs of ram?????????

32 bits will never even exceed 4gbs of ram. wow I can believe this wont be 64 bits. What a rip off. its 2013! They need to get on this.

I think the ps4 is going to be 64 bits right?

No both systems use an x86 processor.

A couple developers have said the Xbox has 3 gigs reserved for the OS's. Not to mention both systems are suppose to "think" in that they try and anticipate what you are going to do and have parts of the ram loaded with those predictions. By the time it is all said and done, less than 4 gigs will be available on the Xbox. My biggest thing isn't the amount of ram, it's the type of ram they are using.

I agree, a 32-bit OS is capable of 4 (technically 3GB usable, but most installed with 4), but a 32-bit application or game running on that system is capped at 2GB. Even if you ran a 32-bit game on a 64-bit system with 16GB of usable RAM, the game would still be running with 2GB of RAM.
