A personal friend tuned it. I'm planning to get Mike Norris to review the tune when I finalize it. Ayousef concluded my throttle body is the problem. It is lagging the desired position when spun up and I punch it. I have a TPiS in the mail, so I hope he is right! I'm also going to remove my high flow cats. Can't hurt.
I hear lots of good things about Mike, do I need to do some research in Patrick G?

Yeah, if you already had the LS2 motor, it probably wouldn't have been worth it as ours includes it. I put in the ZL1 section as those are the guys using this thing the most.

I just got a refund from TPIS for 3 TBs that were junk....The search continues for a 102mm that doesnt suck......

Moving One to the OP problem. I believe what you need is to Tune the Predicted and VE Coefficient Tables and set them up for a 3 Bar Map as they are only set up for a 1 bar. The Coefficient tables will fill in the void of the time between when the Throttle snaps open and the MAF actually sees the Air flow. The Coefficient tables will provide the fuel based on TP RPM Air Temp and MAP without any input from the MAF.. I have seen this on Every Whipple Car we built, Until I did the Proper Tuning and All Gone. Greg Banish Teaches this Technique in his Advanced Tuning Class. You still Keep your MAF and Closed Loop and Enjoy all the Benefits without Disabling Anything. Ted.
