Works great save for the occasional blown fuse, think I'm pushing it too hard...
Ive used this harness twice before for other projects and I'm going to use it to power the remote on...when engine runs, it switches on...I won't be able to use sub if I'm sitting with ign on and engine off, but I never do that anyway and can do without the sub if I ever do. Quite ingenious, it senses when batt is charging and closes a circuit to supply 12V. Keeps everything in the trunk, wiring wise.

Glenn I got an 8 inch sub/amp combo for 80 bucks shipped.

Spliced into the rear speaker wires. Hooked up the remote line turn on to the cig lighter and power from the battery.

Hits really hard.....

Oh yeah

Seat up facing sideways.

your underestamating how loud these things are..... they will rattle your licenseplates lol

The one you got is awesome because it detects the signal and turns on when it detects the sound .

ALl you have to do is connect to battery and splice into rear speaker wires.

Ill post some pics on here tommorow morning.

I think the thing you bought on ebay already comes built into the basslink.

I know the rockford fosgate one has this for sure and am pretry sure the basslink does as well.

thanks - the reliability reviews are pretty terrible - I have owned a lot of infinity marine stuff with good resutls but why take chances - I'll return it thru Amazon..just bought a bazooka powered sub that looks like it has good reviews of reliability...
