Static is basically a non adjustable lowered car. As in drop springs.

Oh, and a "static drop" is what nearly everyone on here has. Coilovers, drop springs, etc. To be non-static it would be air, or hydraulics.

If you're describing the photos as static stance why didn't you also mention, doesn't know how to hold a camera fingers in pics? Car looks good except for the splitter on the splitter. Oh I see, you're Canadian and that's to plow the snow. I get it now. Your tires also seem to be too narrow for the rims. That's quite a stretch.

Looks good! Being in Edmonton with a lowered car is a dangerous proposition with all the friggin potholes! When I picked up my car in Sherwood Park I was glad that I didn't have to drive through the city with the car!
