No crazyyy.. the belt fastener needs to be move with a 1 in ratchet.. u will see it when u look at it where u put the ratchet to turn it.. the alternator bolts are 15mm or something like that...

Nooo. Sorry I meant 1in socket wrench.. u know the tool u attach the socket too??? U need to have a 1in drive on that tool for it to work on the belt tensioner... usually u have 1/4 3/8 1/2 and 1 in..

Awesome thread. Will running these bbks without a tune be a problem?
IDC about the check engine light, but would hate to lose power because of them. |

You won't lose poser with the CEL light on. Real problem is if the light comes on and it is the O2 sensors, you won't know when something else goes wrong and trips a CEL light because the light is already on. Get the Trifecta tune, and turns the code off.

Yes ... just attach a adapter to ur 3/8 drive ratchet.. that's is what I have meant all these time.. adapter is like 3 bucks..

Ok cool, the adaptor I posted I can only order online and prob wouldn't have it by Monday. I've tried looking at other hardware stores and none seem to have them any idea where I could get one?
