It is time to consolidate our ridiculousness. We need a place to deposit our ridiculous speculation, so here is the place to do it. Since we all feel the need to provide information that is not entirely based in fact, we need a place where it won't get taken so seriously as to confuse those who visit Camaro5 in hopes of finding valuable information. As a result, no one should take this thread seriously. Just post up the most ridiculous Camaro rumor you can imagine!

This is a repost, but here's mine.

I heard from insiders at GM's secret underground base that the top dog will have 4000 horsepower with 3600 pound-feet of torque with a government-sponsored top secret engine that will only go in the upcoming Camaro. It will have extendable wings and be able to fly. It will look like the bottom has neons, but those will really be special rockets that help it hover above ground. The flux capacitor will activate at 88 miles per hour so you can go back in time to redo races you lost in previous cars. The active fuel management feature will not be available in the Camaro as it will use a nuclear reactor to power it's overwhelming motor, and it will do 0-60 faster than the NASA space shuttle. The top speed will be 600 miles per hour, and it can teleport using new technology that was stolen from a space-faring civilization from the future. I'm sure I've forgotten something, so feel free to ask questions.

The new camaro will offer all of Blurs options at a price of 15,000 dollars brand new with a million mile warranty...options also include a Combo hard top convertible with built in t-tops that are easily removeable...OLED display for the guage cluster... Upgraded model will have a "MODEL" of your choice in the passenger seat

... careful some are worse than others... that will have a price of 30,000

The Camaro is going to be the worst car ever made, even though it's going to have a quad turbocharged w16 engine. Most likely faster than the Bugatti Veyron, but gets 85 mpg.

The Camaro's Top Dog will be the RSS, not to be confused with the RS. GM has retired the Z28 and SS brands, per their corp big wig "It was time, we are inspiring a new generation and did not want the sons or daughters of a new generation to have to worry about being labed with tradition".

Further more, no stripe options will be offered and the standard tire sizes will be front 20 and rear 33, this was a last minute change so that fans would not notice the orange rear lights too much.

I'm loving this! Woo hoo!!!

I was told by my Father's Uncle's Brother's Cousin's Insider friend that the Camaro is going to be 40,000 dollars for the base V8, because they couldn't possibly make a car this great for such a bargain price.

He also said that the Camaro will DEFINITELY have an LS7 in the "Top Dog".

I HEARD FROM MY LOCAL DEALER: the new camaro will have 23 different headlight and tail light options to choose from, all at no extra charge from chevrolet...

OMFG!!!

Don't forget the flux capacitor that will enable interplanetary travel. We will also get the reverse-mohawk with a convertible option. In addition, the afterburner taillights are really afterburners. Furthermore, it will be a carbon fiber option for all the windows.

I contact says that was a typo in the info the dealers were sent. It should have read the Camaro will have 23 headlights.

Wellllll, my dealer said that beside the "reverse"mohawk, that it would have a regular mohawk an it would be spiked along with roof mounted fog lights.

Dealers have the best info..... mine said that the v8 model is going to come standard with quadra-steer and posi AWD so we can do 4 wheel sideways burnouts!!
