Dyno showed 7#'s so we are trying to figure out why my gauge is showing 4-5. Anything anyone can think of that would make me loose boost? Gauge is also jumpy between 2-4lbs and never stays consistent. Could i have slippage? I have deka 60lb injectors now not the 52 that come with kit

How much space is between the tensioner and idler pulley? It should be within a 1/2 to 1/4", if not it could definitely be slipping.

Sounds like there's a leak in the boost gauge plumbing to me...

Agree with 2SS45, you've got something funky going on with your boost gauge. A 3.8 front with o/d rears is a pretty good receipe for 650ish rwhp thru an M6. It should be 9.5 to 11.5psi depending on intake, cam, & exhaust. With a good tune and plenty of fuel, it's not too much for a stock long block LS3.

Ok maybe header burnt line! Ill have to check! About 1/2 inch of tensioner space.
