The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same.
Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different.
I can't wait for my next

My next side project is going to be gmlan hijack. I finally got my development board. The end goal is a custom hud. I put one of our bright 5" tft displays on top of my hud today and i think i've got a winner. Very bright on the windshield, but not so bright it's distracting. I've got a great video scaler chip too, so i should be able to put the backup camera on the windshield.

Looking at this picture below.....

....do those three pipes look like the same size to you?

To me, one does not look like the others.

Yup, won't be installing anything until first week of November. Fingers crossed thats when I get back. I'm expecting 460ish hp but a real nice torque curve. Not doing an UD pulley or head work right now. Got a stock size ATI, dislike UD's. The pile of parts is pretty awesome, it'll be like christmas only all that shit is for me.

Yep, we change specs here and there to suit the project when someone wants power in certain areas. Dont forget about our Prowler cam. Less duration and more lift. Makes great low and mid range power

No, I agree CHMSC.

I think we are looking at two 1 7/8" and one 2". Now, correct me if I am wrong, the wife HAPPILY does, but do they not have to bend them slightly different because of size and clearance factors. Thus, posting a picture like this in an informative thread makes it misleading not to mention the Chinese must be happy as $hit since one of these manufacturers NEVER posts a picture of their pipes because of this very reason.

This is the one of the problems I have with what I like to call "Wiki" vendors. They "Wiki" their information and post it like they know, sometimes getting it right, mostly not. The newbies buy into it like it is gospel because they are a vendor and because "If it is on the internet it must be true".

Now some of you search Ninja's might be able to figure out where this particular photo came from and the vendor I speak of in this instance but I am NOT mentioning names to protect the guilty. I did however notice that one of the Manufacturers did take exception to this photo, as they should, and were none too pleased.

Yea, it is different because they are DIFFERENT SIZES!!!!!!!

As I look through this vendor's threads I notice similar answers to common questions. Never any technical answers to questions but regurgitations back to whatever the poster thinks is best for his/her choice/car. Way to make sales to the newbies and suck them in. I'm sorry but this just irks the $hit out of me.

Good vendors listen to their customers needs and ADVISE them on what is BEST for them. Just like I want a Nightfury cam but others have said it is not good for my Road Racing. What do the Lethal guys do, let me know that they can TAILOR it to my specific needs. YEA BEH BEH!!!!! Why, because they have the knowledge and the know how. THAT IS A GREAT VENDOR!!!!

I will not get off my Soap Box for the Evening.
