Hey Dude, what the hell are you posting shit like that? I have had trouble with GM and Ford products and I will tell you that if you talk to any of the service people or others that have anything to do with a problem with your vehicle and treat them with respect you can get alot done. Talking to them like you just did will get you no where. The saying is true,it is better to have people think your ignorate than to open your month and remove all doubt.

my service managers are all fine for one. you are misinformed because the post says nothing about dealer service managers. oh i see, you're the guy who thinks because you can see a crocodiles teeth it means he's smiling at you. (lol) the truth is my service manager took care of my car but this internet customer care tried to talk the dealership out of putting the customer first. now go back and read if you can, but this time try to get it right.

Nope. But due in part to my heritage I consider not paying too much for something an art form that I do my best to master. Plus it's really fun to get a sales manager so pissed he's literally red in the face. Look, I don't target those guys, I do it to real estate agents too.
