No car (at least practically none) is worth working two jobs. Sheesh.

i don't plan to do it forever. just long enough to save up about 5000. right now if i was just working the one job i could do that in 6 months (if i put 200 away for the camaro each week) but if i worked a part time job and say i only made 200 a week there, i would put all of that away plus the 200 from my full time job and i would have the money in 3 months... which would be right around the time my car would (hopefully) be here!!!!!! problem is finding a part time job!

haleyd, IMO, you should wait, save up more cash, or whatever and get the car YOU want, not the car the DEALER wants to put you in. If you want leather, get leather, if you want the C&C pkg, get the C&C pkg. DO NOT SETTLE, that would be your greatest mistake, as if you did, what will always be going through your mind is "WHAT IF" don't let that happen to you.

that's exactly how i feel. i'm getting the 2LT RS and i won't get anything else. (well i might be okay with not getting the RS but probably not lol) my new dealer isn't trying to talk me in to anything. he actually told me yesterday that i can put my order in (no money down) and when gm picks it up if i'm not ready, i can cancel. but he said what happens if you ARE ready by the time it could get picked up and then you didn't order it so now you are even farther down the list?! good point right?

yep, and knowing the combo you want, saw it in another thread, the 2LT, ABM, black interior, RS, you will LOVE the car. IF you want the stripe pkg, Aqua Blue with white stripes look AWSOME!!!!

i've only seen one other one on here (that i can remember) and it was BEAUTIFUL. i seriously couldn't stop staring at it. i'm so excited to get my car... i just have to figure out when i want to order it LOL! i don't want stripes, but i have seen the white ones (and even the silver isn't bad either) and thought it looked really awesome. but stripes just aren't my thing....
