I should go in the garage rent business! But it costs a fortune to build these days and taxes are high. Those people probably aren't getting rich renting these.

Yea and a coffee and bagel go for 8.00 in NY . So 250.00 to 350.00 is about right. Around 150 to 180 here in central jersey.

i put up a pole building a few years ago for $15,000. i can fit about 9 cars in it. so if i would charge $100 a month, i would pay the building of in 17 month. all profit after that. unfortunatly, its full of my shit

might be worth building another one

Nice! Great idea!

I paid $100/month or so here in Louisville, KY and it was stored in a cave. There's the mega caverns here that people use for boats/RVs/cars and nature keeps the climate the same year round.

I paid $124 a month for a 10x20 for 6 months but my Camaro never saw it inside of it. By the time I got my Camaro in, my girlfriend had completely cleaned out her 2 car garage and gave it to me for my new car.

Then the payment went way up. I bought her a 1.5 carat engagement ring, married her, bought a $400K house with a 6 car garage, bought new furniture for the house, bought her a new car... You get the idea - LOL !!!

How much would or do you pay a month for storage if you do not have your own Garage?

I store my classic convertible in an unheated, well, it's a walled off section of working stable. The space is 200 a month. I pay half; I have all sorts of parts and my car there, my buddy has a '69 SuperBee and a '70 Dart GT there

It's cheap and frankly it smells like horseshit.

if I had the room I would just build one, right now it sits outside, brush the snow off daily so the sun can get to it and warm it up, though it has a power cord running to a tender that is connected under the hood. been doing it this way for about 4 years no issues, not even ice damage, just careful
