I thought the 102mm wont fit a stock manifold because the blade will hit and not open all the way. look at the blade with the tb mounted key in on position not running. have friend put pedal to the floor and see if the blade opens all the way flat.

Yeah send it back or sell it...get the 95mm and do a few before and after dyno and track times with video...am I asking too much?
