Its my own fault and I deserve it. After being called weak lol I figured I'd shit or get off the pot so I was doing dead lifts at my usual working weight of 275, I've been staying under 300 because that's when I feel discomfort where one of the patches is. I'm sick of not adding weight at this lift so I decided to see what I can do because I have so much more in me. Well I did a few sets building up to 350 without to much discomfort and the pulls were easy, I put 360 on the bar where as it felt light at 350 and no sooner than I started the lift I felt something pop. I'm not in any pain right now but right where the scar is on my right side it feels like two walnuts under my skin, I knew I shouldn't do it but like an ass I did it anyways. I don't know for sure what I did because there is no pain but man it doesn't feel right.
While I'm glad I egged you on to push man I'm sorry that happened.

But it could be a blessing in disguise. It may have been wanting to let go and that last effort did it.

Go get it checked out. Quicker you know and fix, quicker you can get back at it.

Man, that sucks. So what do you do now, wait till Monday to see your doctor?
Yes, I am from MA. I rarely go to shows. I traded my Camaro in for a Roush Stage 3 in March of 2013. I would have loved to keep the Camaro as well, but no space and cash to pay for storage. Plus,...I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing it's not home. lol
Do you go to the shows at Patriot Place?

It was bound to happen, I know my limits and I pushed to hard, I normally don't complain much but I've been mentioning this for a while because I know it wasn't right. I shouldn't have even been in the gym, shoveling all this snow in sub zero temps my ankle was all swelled up but I usually deal with it as it's been messed up for years. I'm falling apart lol.

The worst part will be facing my doctor, he's been telling me I shouldn't lift and has warned me many times but I don't listen to doctors much, if I did I wouldn't have my foot at all.

Any how, 360 feels light lol

I'll see how it goes tomorrow.

I'm gonna wait and see what happens tomorrow, it's weird because other than a burning feeling and the two big bumps I have no pain which seems odd to me but the swelling has gotten worse.

I often go to shows at Patriot place, I live a stones throw away from the stadium.

Last night was a good night for myself and the GF. I pulled 505 for 3, and she pulled 300 for an EASY triple. She's got at least 315 in her.

Golds Gym.

Tell me about it! Me and my son jokingly call him "Steroid Stan"
Dude is huge!

I weigh 200lbs and although I never have maxed I could probably hit 275lbs 3x no way near 405!

Yeah,..you can only push the body so much, especially with injuries/age. Gotta take it easy so you don't hear the doctor say you can never workout again. That would be horrible.
I don't lift as heavy as I used to unfortunately, and I take a full week off here and there to rest the joints/body.
Good luck man.
