Went to check my can today and it was barely hanging on by one hex screw!! So I tightened that one up. Does anyone know where to get another one for the can? I tried to PM Elite but they do not take PM's.

Call or e-mail the company directly. Maybe they can send you a few. At least they should be able to tell you what bolt to purchase from Lowe's, Home Depot, etc. I don't recall the bolts on my Elite can to be anything special that would be hard to replace.

Any auto store should have hex head bolting metric or standard.

I'll have to check that too. I can't remember but did those threads have Loctite on Them of any sort? If not that may be a good idea for all of us to check and put a little bit of blue loctite on.
