I suppose if you have a 2010-11 that you'll lose the ability to lock your car from the console.
I mean it's a minor inconvience but it's there.

You could probably purchase one of the non-MyLink units from someone in this thread who is planning to do the upgrade. Best bet is probably someone with a 2014 LS, since those don't come with MyLink. I would think that would give the least headaches.

Wanting to do a stereo upgrade but wondering if my link best way to go for head unit and sound. How is it compared to let's say a $1500 kenwood head unit? If wanting to so custom radio system with better speakers all around, amps and bass with trunk built out is my link a good choice??
