Why below 40?

because of the rubber compound. they are summer only tires. They need to be warm to be sticky just like a race tire. The colder they get the harder they get and will start to come apart around 20deg. The Goodyear says do not use under 40deg. Check the threads on it.

Nice car!! Black is just evil looking.

Refresh our memory on why you had to sell your 2010 as long as it's not too painful a memory.

I didn't have to get rid of the 2010, I chose to. It just wasn't the right car. I sacrificed when I bought it because I found a good deal on a 2SS. It was an automatic, I wanted a manual, it was red, I wanted gray or black. Anyway, the afm on the automatic got to me and I ended up trading it in on a lightly used dodge ram and also purchased a boat. :-) Now I'm back, still have the boat and my wife is driving the truck until next year when we trade that in for an suv.

I can't wait for the summer to finally get here.
Welcome!

Congrats on your SS as well. How was the initial drive?

Something about the hood is just off for me but it is kinda growing on me. Thanks for reminding me about the profile too. I forgot about that part.

The initial drive was wonderful. I can't wait until the engine breaks in and I can really start to pull in it.
