If anyone wanted it louder and less calm, I just installed a custom magnaflow setup last week. Installed a resonated x pipe (11386) in place of the h pipe, and then do a muffler delete. Very minimal drone at highway speed, nice rumble at start up, and it has a nice sound through the entire rpm band.

I have magnaflow exhaust to with the bbk headers sounds great and real good a high speeds

I wish I could install headers. Would add a nice lower rumble

BBKs with this setup would be magnificent....no doubt. Not sure if I'll ever do it, but I know I'd love it. What I wouldn't love is installing them, and then removing them if I ever sold the car.

Thats probably why if there was something like the SOLO high flow cats I'd just install them instead and just be satisfied with that, but the SOLOs are too expensive.

I did the same but also widened my pipes after to 3" from the xpipe back and the tone deepened further. This combination is by far the best ive heard so far. Only thing im missing now is a full cat del or highflow cats.

I just got the same set up and it sounds nice, a clean bass sound when you step on it. Great deal also it came out less than an actual kit after install.

Next up is an intake and headers..

I know that feeling because of the setup I came up with, I was scared to death worried if it didnt sound good.

Sounds a lot better than MRT and nothing like stock to me. Must not be usng headphones.

Any performance increase with the 3inch pipe?
