top replacement

Just picked up my 2011 SS born on April 28 2011 with 3321 miles from service. This is fifth time it's been in for top "repairs"..... rear seal issues, fifth bow replaced, rub marks/holes above driver and passenger doors. Now top is to be replaced in June. I LOVE this car, but I'm so worried! My warranty is up August 4 2014. How will I know if this new top will be better before I'm out of warranty and will new canvas fix this?? If is doesn't what next?? I have read through the top issue forms but it seems most folks began this journey a bit earlier in the ownership of their vehicles. My dealership is great and I would never bad mouth them I know they have GM rules to follow! My car is hardly broke in and this seems like a major problem....tops are accessories??? REALLY?? Suggestions on how to resolve new top warranty timeline...

Have your dealer or you call gm corporate and request a component coverage letter to extend the warranty on the top.
Alot of owners in the usa, have received such letters.

Unfortunately for me, GM Canada won't issue them.

Why are you having to wait till June to have it replaced? If it has had top issues 5 times I would request from your dealer an extended top warranty. Keep pushing for one since you know it has had several past issues. That should give you some peace of mind.
Contact Chevrolet customer service on the forum and ask that a case be opened. Just give them your name, VIN, and dealer name.
They are listening to us more now due to the fight earlier owners have had.
