As far as I know now, I will keep my 5th gen, and get a Stingray in about 4-5 years (little ones need to get a little older). Of course, things may change.

As it stands yes. If the G6 blows me away I might consider a G6 SS. My heart is set on the Z06 though and my Camaro will always be a DD no matter the trim.

I'm 60 years old and keeping my 2013 ZL1 Convertible until one of us dies! It only comes out in nice weather and in my eyes it's the perfect Camaro.

I think I'll Just keep my 2010 SS for ever.

I had my 2002 SS from 2001 till 2009.

I had my 69 SS396 from 1971 till 2006(35 years), when I gave it to one on my son's.

Really just depends on my life situation and what the 6th Gen holds. As of the current moment I have no plans to dump my '13.

I'd rather use the money to get a supercharger then to "upgrade" to a 6th gen.

I'm putting a cam in the car next year. So she's staying for the long haul.

Also, looking at a next gen Raptor when they come out (if they come out). So next mod happy vehicle will be a truck.

really? the vehicle is 4 model years old. how is that long in the tooth?

the second Camaros lasted 11 years. (1970 - 1981)

the third generation lasted 10 years (1982 - 1992)

the forth generation lasted 9 years (1993 - 2002)

by GMs math the 5h Gen should last at least 4 more years..

Corvette's history is just as bad:

1st gen 9 years
2nd gen 4 years
3rd gen 14 years
4th gen 12 years
5th gen 7 years
6th gen 8 years.

no real consistency in the length of time between the generations, but overall GM has a history of averaging about 9 years between generation changes

This. Oh, and it has to have a good medium blue.

Agreed, and I think people are jumping to conclusions a bit that the 6th gen is right around the corner, I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being 2017 or 18. They just did a mid generation facelift, they're not going to replace that right away.

I'll be keeping my 1LE, when its paid off, the new Gen will be a couple years in so maybe the bugs will be worked out and some good upgrades offered like 1LE, ZL1,Z28. Then I'll buy a second Camaro and my '14 will be only for track duty or the new one will be to replace the wifes '95
