I feel correction is not accurate. Reason being, were I live when the DA good the traction is not! It's to cold and most time track prep sucks, so you end up not running much better. We're around 700-800ft above at the tracks around here, when DA is great it's 40 degrees. When I like to hit the tracks in nice weather, I usually run in 2000 or so. I feel for the guys that have it worse!

Coming from a guy with a local track that has absolute $4!7 air, I like the idea of the unofficial list... Opening test and tune of the season this last Saturday, and the DA for my first (and best) run of the day was 2697 as calculated right after the run. It only gets worse are we progress into summer here, with the DA ranging from 4000-5000ft (even though the track elevation is only 1410)... Even though I don't have a v8 car anymore, and there isn't an unofficial v6 fast list for corrected times (doesn't seem like many people play in the official v6 fast time list though either), it'd be a shame to see this go away...

If no one really uses it, that just means you don't have to update it very often... Or if you flat out don't want to do it anymore, why not just pass the torch? I'm sure that can be done?

Merc just delete the unofficial list and when guys post their times in the "official list thread", they can just comment on their DA, that way it's not something that you have to keep up with plus for the members that read the threads, they will read what is posted and see the corrected time. Problem solved.

Yep that would work! I have know problem putting in another columun for members to post there actual DA of the run from DA calculator, but it would be totaly up to the member to provide the numbers.

I'm going to ask Mlee to close the thread.

Thanks for those who brought there comments forward.
