bumping this up… feel free to post your setups this is good info

I am Thinking of going with a wheel that is 18x10.5 however it is 58mm offset. Does that mean I will need a spacer? Will the hub centric rings do the trick? What is the biggest tire anybody has run on this rim? I would love to go with the M and H 325 racemasters but not sure the rim is wide enough?

Yes, you would have to use a spacer, probably about 5-6mm thick. Hubcentric rings are not the same as spacers. The rings only center the wheel on the hub. You can however get custom hubcentric spacers made that will work. But then, at the same time you are reducing the functional length of the wheel studs. According to M&H, the narrowest wheel that "should" be used with their 325/40R18 DR is 11" (+/- 1" from the recommended 12" wheel). Personally, I don't like using spacers at all, especially in a drag racing situation. I would recommend sticking with the 18x9.5 (+40) wheel, and running a 305/45R18 DR.....less hassle, no spacers, and proper wheel/tire fitment.

These aren't exactly "cheap", but these 18x10.5 (+53) wheels are extremely hard to find!!! And they will fit without spacers!!! Just because of the rarity of this size/offset, I'd consider this a darn good deal....

Thanks for that info. Doesn't the Mickey 305 recommend a 10" wide wheel however most people run them with 9.5" wheel? Also do you happen to know the offsets for wheels that don't require a spacer?

The recommended wheel size for the M/T 305/45R18 is 9.5-11.0 inches. As PSJ mentioned, the 18x9.5 (+40) wheel will fit without spacers. Also, the 18x10.5 (+53) as linked in my thread above will fit without spacers.

Won't fit. Offset is too deep for a 17" wheel, and as far as I know, the ONLY 17" wheels that will fit are Bogart, CCW, or Weld RT-S.

With a +56 offset, you would need a minimum of a 3mm spacer. However, most aftermarket replica wheels are +58, which would require a 5mm spacer.
