My faceplate didn't power on at all. Mine was weird and was tough to figure out. I was able to use a friend's faceplate to test and his worked in my car and mine worked in his, but mine didn't work in mine. After sending everything back to Ofer including my faceplate, he is sending me a different head unit to try. I don't have it back yet, but I am hoping it resolves my issue.

Are any of the cables coming loose when you install everything? The USB cable that plugs into the head unit kept coming loose and popping out on me.

I may not have been pushing hard enough but somehow just messing around with it last night it did finally pop into place.

I'm tempted to go do an install / uninstall today without having steering wheel control programming just to see it power on in my car.

I already installed the splitter and left my glove box out.

Does it matter? Why would your dealer care what radio is in your car? I'd install it already but that's just me.

Something tells me they would use it as an excuse not to be able to do it. Though I think I can live without SWC for this season and then send off my unit during the storage season. I think I'll be off to do the install now. (I just got my white wire the other day)

It may also be interesting to confuse a dealer service centre with a mylink headunit lol.

Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the A20 connector for the radio/hvac controls?

I get intermittent power to the faceplate, and when I do get power I have no HVAC controls or heated seats. I have tested all of the wires coming into the and several have 12 volts and 2 are good grounds but without a wiring diagram or some help I don't know what to do. I'm about to take a baseball bat to this whole thing!

Oh, and I'm just trying to put the car back to stock. None of the parts Ofer provided are installed.

Thanks. I have tried everything and I seem to have power everywhere I am supposed to, but now the stock faceplate won't power on And hvac controls don't work. If I apply specific pressure, the faceplate powers on but still no hvac. As soon as I let the pressure off the plate goes dead again. I'm thinking I'm just going to take it to the dealer.

I have no idea whats wrong with mine. Its really frustrating to spend hours and hours and come up empty handed.
