Nope, I agree with OP. With all the technolgy we have there is no reason it should take that long to ship an order. Why is that so difficult?

The other vendors here ship lightning fast, so why should Phastek be any different?

Not sure what a Troll is according to forum talk but, I joined and posted here because I wasn't told the truth ,and I don't care if they are a sponsor here but I think anyone concerned about spending money with them should know.

Don't sweat it OP. He's the one trolling. It's your thread.

I would rather them say I am not sure or I don't know than to tell me a lie. If I know the truth I can make adjustments. We race sprint cars and I order parts all the time so I really know the procedure. I just don't feel they should charge me 5% because of their problem.

I ordered some planted brackets from them 5 weeks ago. Still haven't shipped. Was told they would be shipping on the 24th. That day I get an email that it's been pushed back because Planted is waiting on a part to finish the brackets and they should ship out the 30th. So I email on the 30th and they tell me Planted is still waiting on the part.

So I call Planted directly and they tell me they have no brackets pending for a Camaro by even if they had to build them from scratch the whole process would take a week including sending them out to be powder coated. Somebody is lying.

If OP was told they would ship in 24hrs then as a customer I expect them to ship in that timeframe. Plus the fact that he wants to cancel his order and they want a 5% cancellation fee give me a break.

No trolling here I would be pissed too. I bet they are shipping them from Factory reproductions in Cali.

I would take a real money bet that of all the people that ordered something from phastek. The percentage would be around 3% negative & 97% positive. I spent between 15 & 20 thousand at phastek. Maybe I'm just lucky no complaints. Only trouble was I got someone else's order once. Called Jason he took care of it personally & paid for the shipping to where it had to go. He also has given me great discounts & some free items. Miner things not expensive. Sorry for the problem your having. But I will not bash you either. Just call them & I'm sure Jason will get to the bottom of the problem & work something out with you.

Like you I have ordered a few things through Phastek and never had a problem. IF it was said that the item was going to be shipped in 24hrs and never did then the OP has every right to be upset.

I'm sure Phastek will respond and get the matter taken care of.

The cancellation fee is a bunch of B/S though if true.

I ordered rotors and pads and they came in 3 different boxes. I had info on 2 but not the 3rd but they all showed up on the same day 4 days after I ordered it. wheels and tires are a diff story. they have to mount them and balance before they even get wrapped for shipping. be patient they will show. I don't like waiting on orders to come in either but phasetek is good.

I ordered wheels only........I can deal with mistakes , I don't like liars. Not once but twice. If they couldn't ship them within a week time frame he should have just told me I would have done something else.
