it appears the replacement part from HELP 42072 may be made of a slightly thicker rubber material than the stocker. I will get one to confirm soon.

It is in fact thicker. Just picked one up today.

I removed the bladder and pack at the base a round plastic then reinserted the bladder. Seems to fit a bit more snug on the cap. Will see the outcome in a few.

do you have to bleed the brakes after replacing the reservior ?

Did it from something I got from Home Depot , cut a ring shape out of it , and installed it behind the bladder , done , nice and snug

My fab up worked....build up the base of the bladder for a better seal....drove over 100 miles and no leak
