Iv'e got the 315/35/20 NT5R's and got my 60 ft down to a 1.7 from a 2.1 on the Goodyears. I don't like how they make the car feel un stable at over 100 mph though.

So I got my et streets 305/35/20 mounted today and went and tested how well they hooked... Just from a roll for now. About 35psi, 60* weather from 35 in 2nd they dead hooked with my 3.91 gear. Tried a 1st gear 20 hit and they spun a little in 1st but once I hit 2nd (car sounds like a shotgun going off on shift..just now finding this out cause 1st gear was useless before) it all went away. So my opinion so far is the et streets are a great investment

14-16 psi at the track has worked best me im running 315/35/20 on 10 inch lighter weight drag wheel. I didn't start hooking better at over 700 rwhp until started upgrading suspension.

I'm more inclined to look at suspension and tire alignment rather than a size or brand of tire. At those power levels, if you don't have the suspension or tire alignment to boot, you will just induce a lot of bushing deflection and throw the tire alignment way out as torque is applied.

Alignment? Thomas from H-E gave me the best tip in the world.

On a side note, it's freaking sad to see him banned instead of Jannetty with the shenanigans between jre and Jamie. Thomas has been the most help for me in the past 2 years.

I got the alignment tips from Thomas as well, but I haven't got around to getting it done yet.

I made the alignment changes he recommended and I'm very planted now. Even at my power levels and all bmr suspension upgrades, I still smoke the tires. However it's much more streamlined and staying in 1 lane is expected.
