Dunno if it's the injen or not but I'm sure it helped. Had to make a bonzi run out of state,(fiancé was in the hospital) but with the 1ls I averaged 24.9 with the cruise set on 87 though it was impressive

Go for the vararam! I had the k&n cai and that was great but I switched to the vararam and I noticed the power gain.

Vararam is only for LLT engines, will not work on LFX. CAI intake imho is the best. aside from being a great intake the lid on the box keeps my hood liner nice and clean.

I have CAI and its the best one out there just look at the numbers. it also looks the best under the hood and at car shows. you can painted the top cover or plastic dip it or even wrap it in carbon fiber. the filter always looks new becuse of the cover. plus you can add lights to it if you like. anyone on the fence jump on the CAI side you will be happy you did
