Looks good. I don't think the airbag deploys from that location though, I always thought it was the panel was on top of the dash.

Does anyone have any pics of the inside of a wrecked Camaro where the front airbags went off? My front ones didn't, only the sides, so I don't know either... I know that someone on here has to have seen them though...

That is sweet, was thinking about doing the same thing eventually. Mind telling us where you found the emblem and how you put it on the dash? Looks great!

You know what... after thinking about it... I really don't think the airbag explodes right through that area anyways. It's hard plastic... it would shatter and create shrapnel itself! I am guessing that the top part separates upward and the airbag comes out of the newly formed opening.

Any thoughts?

That's what I thought. A lot of cars have a panel on TOP of the dash that flies upward and the airbag deploys up, then out or something like that.

I went out and looked at mine. I'm pretty sure the top comes undone to deploy the airbag so your emblem won't smack your girlfriend in the forehead...sorry.

Could someone go out to there car and run it into a wall so we can put this to bed.

I like the looks of the emblem. Kinda paying homage to the older (more experienced

) ones. If I had one of those emblems I would put it on mine the same. Looks great.
