Unfortunately that's correct. It has to be a vehicle that has been there 6 months. In my case, the car has just sat in the showroom away from the elements.

I feel a sense of being jipped as well with no regrets. It's all about timing and I guess it wasn't meant to be for me which really sucks!!. But on the other hand I could be happy for other people to take advantage of these great deals. Congrats to all of you who have capitalized on this promo.

If I read this right, your difference was $30,300+tax? Well done!

To put that in perspective, I paid about the same difference for my factory ordered 2SS/RS vert with sticker of $47,770 and trade of my 2008 MS3 in April.

Also, nice to have that '13 Tahoe to drive in winter. I went out and bought a used '07. Love it. Wifey got a nice piece of jewelry under the tree for supporting my addition of 16 cylinders to the fleet this year. Yours sounds very supportive as well.

Thanks and you are exactly right! Although I spent 40k on the initial purchase of the SS when the 5th gens first came out. Nice job on the 2SS by the way...

Wife is from Detroit and only drives american. We are very busy with kids going to football and gymnastics practice. Now that I got the ZL1, they can't wait till when I have to pick them up from practice. Lol.

Just got an email back after I told him I could wait around for a 48k otd deal. He asked me if he could get a 20% off the one they have coming in if I would be interested. That shows me they want these things go off their lots asap. Got it listed for $60 and some change so that would bring it down to 48k and maybe I could haggle down to 46k before ttl. Wish me luck!
