Do they just pop right out or does the bumper have to be removed? I am looking to CF wrap them

What about the lip\spliitter?

remove the screws in the front wheel well and pull the plastic back to slip your hand in. there are 4 tabs on top and bottom right and left that must be squeezed and then pushed forward through the facia. Once all four are compressed and pushed forward it will pull directly out the front of the facia.

The lower grill (lip/splitter) is a bit of pain in the @$$.
You need to take off the bumper cover first.
3 bolts behind each fender, a bolt at each brake duct, and a bunch underneath.
Once the bumper cover is off, then it is a few bolts/screws to get the grill separated.
