Under normal people driving no rotor will make a 'noticeable' difference.

Drilled and or Slotted will make a difference under spirited driving, as long as you are not pushing them too hard the drilled will work well, providing they are good quality.

They will tend to 'warp' less over time vs the stock rotors, that's one thing that is important to many people, including myself.
