You could, just have to Tighten down the sway bar end really tight until the dealer gets those. Also, I have the 1LE shocks and struts so I had to install twice ;o)...

Haha yeah it's only 2 days they said be here wed with Monday's order. Only question now is do I buy some other stuff while "I'm at it". 1LE struts a nice upgrade? Tunnel brace toe links? Trailing arms? Really looking for things that will make a difference not just "nice to haves". Won't be instaing now until week of the 4th of April.
Guess I could at least do the rear

1LE Struts and shocks are a heck of an upgrade. You wouldn't have to drill anything then ;o). If you are going to do that and have the funds, would be a good time. You would have to transfer you springs though... I do like mine...

I'd do as much as you can. I found I was doing things again and again with each update. Toe rods helped. So did the trailing arms/bushings...

That I dont know as prices change. I'd ask the dealer or Tyler from JDP.. I don't think they're cheap...
