Currently on the phone with a GM representative, on hold now but they are checking based on the information I have provided. Will keep you posted. They did offer to send a letter, to which I did say yes.
Update at 10:00 AM: they will research on their end as to why the 2014 models did not receive certificates and get back with me. (This representative does get back to you) second time I have spoken with him. Updates as they come. |

Received a call today from the GM representative.....yes on Saturday! Wanted to keep us posted that he is still researching this further and will flow up on Monday, Tuesday the latest.

I would like to know how and to who the certificate would be sent. Being the second owner I might be SOL. But if this did come to fruition I would really like to have them versus them going to the PO.

I have not received one either. Mine is a 2015 model so if every one who has a 15 model has received one they must have skipped me!

Not sure how this works with GM. I do know that GT500 owners can obtain one for their cars through Ford Performance. It can be purchased online through multiple owners with VIN and ownership documentation.
Good program for FORD as they can generate additional revenue every time a vehicle re-sells. Based on the feedback here, the GM program is not well coordinated. Ford began their program in 1993 with the first Cobra "R" run. They have had time to find tune their certificate program. |

For some reason I think the 2014 cars received the signed poster from the built team? Just no certificate of authenticity.
