Thanks man, yeah I think I've suprised some folks with this little V6 of mine. Kind of makes me want to take off my Brembos and put my V6 brakes back on just to make sure people know what just beat them lol.

So I've driven the car for a few days and pulled the plugs again. Still have the one cylinder that's getting oil in it somehow, not horrible but showing a little dark on the plug. I'm really not sure what's going on there, compression test showed good and so did the cylinder leakdown test. Seems it would have to either be getting in through the oil ring on the piston or through the valve guides idk. It seems minor and I'm not losing any oil and not seeing any smoke so I'm just not going to worry about it for now.

Put the new tune in the car today and went and made some data logs. At WOT going from a dig to about middle of second gear I'm showing a consistent 19 degrees advance and zero KR ever. Before at WOT the most i ever saw was 14 degrees. Hopefully that 5 degrees will shave a little more off my 1/4mile time. I know the car is making more power because it breaks the tires loose a little easier. My butt dyno likes it.

Great update, your 1/4 times were already impressive.

I finally ordered my new mightymouse catch can stuff. I went with their PCV can with the built in one way breather and their 5th gen Camaro mounting bracket. Also ordered the oil cap with the built in -6AN port and then a 90degree fitting to run a line to my turbo filter to let fresh air into the engine. I'll post up some pics when I get it.

Haven't been driving the car much, still waiting on the tuner to get back to me about the new tune. He wanted to look over my data logs and make sure everything looks ok. I don't like waiting but since he's doing all this for me for free, I'm not complaining lol. Car feels great and a lot stronger so I def think it will help my 1/4 times and maybe another mph or 2. Im trapping 114-115 already so that's pretty impressive to me. Looking at doing a race star skinny setup for my front but not 100% sure I want to go there yet or not. I definitely don't need drag radials for the rear until I get the tune to where I can brake stall the car and put a convertor in it. Tracks open tomorrow but I better not go before I hear back from the tuner. So shooting for next Friday...

I'm very curious too, I want to run the best time I can with just this kit on a pretty much stock car(performance wise) before I start doing things like lightweight wheels and torque convertor, drag radials etc.

I can't decide whether i want to buy a dedicated drag wheel/tire setup like RaceStar 17x4.5 and 17x9.5 and run a skinny and drag radial... or a set of tsw nurburgrings 18x8 and 18x10.5's that I could just run all the time. Both would shave a LOT of weight but the skinny setup might take more off my 1/4.

The LFX has 11 1/2 to 1 compression ,I think, will you have to reduce the compression to install the turbos?

Glad to see your loving the kit jantzen! Everytime I visit this thread it really makes me want to build up my M6, just to see what it could do!

You'll eventually lose tractions. You can find corvette 18" rims for the rears relatively cheap. Wrap them in a good DR. And just run the stock fronts for now.

Do it man, I think this kit would be even better on a M6 car, plus you already have the big posi rear diff. Would be a beast!

I don't really want to run corvette wheels.. plus I don't want to drive around with mismatched wheels. I don't spin at all(that I can hear) at the track, but I spin like crazy on the street. So whichever way i go I'll be running a DR on the rear so I can hook better on the street. I imagine wheel spin on the street will be worse when shedding 20lbs rotating mass from each corner.

True! What would be a relastic rwhp expectation on the manual? Hats up with your spark plug issues? I plan to switch to a Mighty Mouse catch can when I purchase the kit. Any other upgrades I should do after the install to keep things running smoothly?

there are safe levels you can run this kit without changing your internals
