The ZR28 wheels though are awesome. If you have the money, get them. You won't be disappointed. No issues with going with 11" in the rear. Last edited by Buck Heard; 01-15-2015 at 09:55 PM. |

Thanks Chris. I'm a fan of your car so the compliment means a lot.

Thanks man, i kinda like the yellow caps. If ya wanna keep the Italian look going I think ya should do the calipers in yellow or gold.

The photos here were taken by a buddy of mine at our monthly Advanced Auto Cruise-In here in Huntsville. Several folks in my local club show up for this get together. Cool pics. Last edited by Buck Heard; 06-18-2015 at 10:01 AM. |

Here's a new photo from last night's cruise in. Had some new folks show up in a 2010 IOM SS that showed some interest in joining our club. If any of you folks are in the state of Alabama please check us out on Facebook at Rocket City Camaros, Huntsville, AL or Alabama Camaros.

Last update for 2014. I scored a GM cargo net for Christmas but that was about it car related. Big gift was an XBOX One so I'm not complaining. A friend of mine (big car guy) did surprise me by setting up an impromptu photo shoot last Sunday. He's home from the Marines for the holidays and was dying to take some car photos. I have to say it was kinda fun doing the rolling shots part of it. The Permagrim is back and i'm looking forward to what next year might bring for the car. Anyway hope everyone had a great Christmas. Enjoy the pictures!

2015 and my first project of the year. Yellow/Amber DRL lenses/housings from a Tahoe/Yukon and matching LED lamps. Now I cheaped out on the LEDs because of money concerns and I have learned my lesson. $20 dollars shipped from China. Looked good when I opened the package but when I clicked them into the housing I noticed the orientation of the LEDs around the shaft of the assembly were different between the two. They light up perfectly but when you get within five feet of them you can clearly see they are different from side to side. As I said, lesson learned. Anyway here's a picture of them unlit. All part of my plan to remove the chrome from the car. Only thing left on the exterior is the backup lights.
*Update!* The eBay vendor made it right and sent me a brand new set of two lamps. I only asked for one but I guess it was easier for them to just send something that was probably already packaged. Anyway kudos to them for doing the right thing. Last edited by Buck Heard; 04-12-2015 at 09:50 PM. |

Added a retro vinyl nose stripe from Pro Motor Stripes (eBay again) a couple of days ago. Really makes the car look like it means business.

The car looks killer. I really like the way your front end looks. And the dovetail spoiler is cool.

Thank you kind sir. It's much appreciated. I read through your build diary. Very nice job. Lots of inspiration to be found in your car.

I think I like the yellow accents. If you haven't done your calipers yet, here's a good thread with instructions. Paint em yellow!
