Go 1LE all they way around best bang for the buck you can get both bars for about 250-300 depending where you get them, I bought mine an links for less than 300 form forum members all I need now is the rear LCAs since I have a 2010.

It doesn't matter, they're just 2 different ways of achieving the same thing. There's a weight difference but thats it. What matters is the overall rates and the front to rear bias to achieve neutral handling. Both types can be great or mediocre whether they're solid or hollow.

Alex, on a V6 you can use JPSS big boy bars that mount to the outboard position which is a MASSIVE benefit over FE3 bars.

If you're going to keep the car a while, the solid bar would be my choice, between two equivalent bars. I've seen hollow OEM bars on other cars where the powdercoating has chipped and worn over time, a spot rusts through the bar, and then it rots from the inside out.
