You will want at least 65lb injectors, which your Edelbrock if you got the full kit not just the tuner kit will come with.

ADM FPCM lets the ZL1 Pump know how much fuel to push, the stock FPCM won't get you far without a voltage booster or something, it's great and works well. I had the ADM FPCM and was able to get 550whp on the E Force I had.

Thanks for the advice. How hard is it to install those parts? What would a performance shop charge for install?

What is the ADM FPCM actually do?

Would u need bigger injectors as well?

Lots of guys with Eforce knowledge here.....

Eventually youll do Injectors and Fuel Pump and FPCM.... they are all simple but you will need a tune after they are installed . Either together or separately.... (well not the fuel pump alone....)

[QUOTE=ericsysmin;8511437]You will want at least 65lb injectors, which your Edelbrock if you got the full kit not just the tuner kit will come with.

The G-Force kit comes with 52# injectors. I also installed the JRE fuel line upgrade. One the E-Force S/C the fuel enters the back of the fuel rail on the passenger side and around the front to the drivers side fuel rail. With the JRE kit, the fuel enters the back of both fuel rails.

After installing the G-Force S/C, I was running out of fuel. After installing the ZL1 fuel pump(no ADM FPCM) the 72# injectors were installed. That eliminated the running out of fuel. I have put 31K miles on the S/C with no problems.

The edlebrock E-force comes with stock zr1 52# injectors.

I been thinking and decided I'm gonna Install the Intake & full exhaust and go to a shop to get a custom tune to see my numbers/where my fuel is at.

If It needs more fuel I will upgrade/or when I want to go to a smaller pulley size.

From what I researched it looks like I should be able to get 500rwhp and still be safe. Of course If I want another 50rwhp I need to do some fuel mods for sure.

You actually experienced a lean condition at 500 something?

Yes, if you don't have the fuel rail upgrade

You will probably run lean if you do anything else besides s/c. At least I was with slp kit stock pulley and intake, headers, off road pipes. The e force might make a little less power not he stock alley size then the slp with the stock pulley, so you might be ok. You also have to factor in weather. I ran lean in really cold, dense air.

E-force

I'm running 17/8 Stainless Works long tubes & Hi-flow cats, 3.25 pully,CAI intake, fuel upgrade kit, stock engine. Dynoed & tuned 578 RWHP,563 torque, very flat torque curve. Excellent all around performance

I made 532/540 on my LS3 w/ the E-force on the stock 3.50 pulley, roto fab CAI, kooks 1-7/8s, borla CB, stock 52# injectors and zl1 pump/adm fpcm. Was approx 8lbs boost.

This past winter I did a NEP blower cam, ID 850 injectors and 3.25 pulley and went catless...made 650/611 still at 8lbs boost

Car was dynoed on a dynojet

Oh and do you know if Tune in Car is the Stock Canned Tune? If so get rid of it.
SO even with the JRE fuel rail #5 still blew?

Exactly!!!!!

500 to the wheels with a good tune with kit only in 60 degree weather.
Roughly 530 with intake and exhast
600 with a blower Cam and CNC heads from GM
630 with one smaller 3.25
650 with 3.00 pulley

that's what I did in those stages...

The eforce starts sounding very good after a few pulleys swaps!

Word to wise..

Don't mess around with that ZL1 crap just get a good fuel pump like the livernois or lingenfelter one. Your car and wallet will thank you in long run.

The stock fuel pump was more than likely to blame.

There is nothing in the fuel line upgrade that can stop low fuel pressure from failing an engine.

Stock fuel pump with BAP are Maxed out at 550 RWHP on an LS3 and 510 RWHP on an L99 and that is when the fuel pump has low miles on it.

As the fuel pump ages, it gets weak like many things in life.

The JRE fuel line upgrade is properly designed to even out fuel distribution to all injectors given the confines of the engine compartment.

I hope this helps answer your questions.

Thank you for your business.

Ted.
