Injectors probably ok..dual pump by livernoise, and 2.75 pulley that's about all you need. You could pull the heads and have them ported to.

Id stick to the 3" pulley. Youre spinning that blower pretty godamn fast with the 2.75. Also i have a rotofab eforce infake with methanol nozzle bung welded in if anyones interested

This past winter I did a NEP blower cam, ID 850 injectors and 3.25 pulley and went catless...made 650/611 still at 8lbs boost

Car was dynoed on a dynojet
I would be happy with around 530-540 mark. So the stock Injectors are okay? Fuel pump required? No fuel rail upgrade?

What do you guys think of adding a boost a pump to the stock fuel pump and JRE fuel upgrade, leave the 52# Injectors, stock pulley, full exhaust, Intake and custom tune. Will those two fuel items keep me from a lean condition?

for once i agree with ted. if youre going past 7psi you want a dedicated fuel pump and thats the zl1 pump. the BAP on an SS pump is too unreliable. the zl1 pump is more or less meant to work with the car. an oem part. the BAP can do some funky things to your electronics, 99% of the time due to poor wiring, but it will drive the ss pump to an early death as well. stock pump will do 5-6 psi and 500 rwhp all day long tho with a good tune. your driving habits make a big difference too. just throwing that out there.

i had a pretty mean blower cam, 3" pulley, 80lb injectors and zl1 fuel pump with headers and intake....made 650 at the wheels and still had a littttttle bit of room to go but i wanted to stay in the safe zone.

i know the labor for the pump is a killer...if it wasnt youd have it done already. but its peace of mind and room for expansion. still wayyyy cheaper than a proper 800+hp system.

I get slightly different info while researching. I honestly wouldn't mind just over 500 rwhp. 510-525wrhp max. if I can keep cost down. I was gonna do the exhaust and intake, keep stock 3.5" pulley, custom tune. My boost would be under 7psi right?

The fuel pump is what I would really like to avoid bc of the labor... That power goal i should be fine with the SS pump right? I thought the SS pump is good up to 550 and same with the zr1 injectors.

The boost a pump sounds good but maybe it's more problematic? JRE fuel line a must?

SO even with the JRE fuel rail #5 still blew?
sorry didn't see this earlier.Fueling was fine. A little too much boost found a weak spot.

So I think I'm gonna do the following for sure;

Bolt-ons:
long tube headers/catless exhaust

Intake

Drop to 3.25" pulley. Is this okay? Where to order this and the belt?

Fuel mods:
ZL1 fuel pump

ADM FPCM

72# FIC Injectors. These look promising and seem to be plenty good for my goal and not as expensive as the ID 850. What do you guys think?

JRE fuel line mod. Going back and forth on this. I know some think this is a waste but still doesn't sound like a bad idea...

Fic are fine as long as you got a good tuner (which you do).

Get your pulley from anybody. Amazon. Ebay. Jdp? Same belt size

Theres a lot of extra hose on the jre kit. Make sure you hide it in a good spot and not behind the engine. Put the fuel lines in the front of the rails

You should hit 550 easy with those mods fyi

Get a bigger aftermarket heat exchanger for the eforce and meth next.

RDPakes phenolic spacers for your blower too which you should get before you put the blower on.
