Lol I was almost out of gas, you might have heard it ding a time or two in the vid. I did two more laps after I heard it then I decided to pit

Michael 12 was the hardest for me to learn there, I was initially driving the other side of the rumble strip the first time out. Then I learned to do what you said but I have to tap the brake just before the turn in to make it exit properly.

For me it wasn't till the lunch hour parade laps that I seen how to enter that corner, far left before entry, late turn into the right side apex.

Michael
That sucks for you friend. Hope he gets everything fixed. I try stay far left, tap the brakes and then cut in early just before the apex on the right and then let me right side tires hit the curbing a little. I was going through there about 60 to 65 mph. Maybe if I went your route it could push a bit more speed through there.

Here is a video of my last session of the day but this was not my fastest but it was one that I remembered to turn my camera on for. I mounted my gopro upside down from my sunroof and used my phone as a remote.

I had a great session before this one mixing it up with the Just Track It car before he lost control entering the front stretch after I passed him earlier on the back stretch. We chatted afterwards and we both enjoyed the on track back and forth during our session.

I had a blast and I look forward to doing the track at NCM again.

yall post up the vids.

Great vid. You led our group on Thursday on our 1st mostly dry session. I had the pleasure of being right behind you and actually had studied your vid with you discussing the best line around the course. So I attempted to follow in your tire tracks. And that session was my fastest lap times and of course forgot to start the GoPro for it...

yeah i think i talked to you on pit road. everyone did such a great job thursday and friday both. some times we have groups come over and they are wild and unruly. the camaro group was professional, safe and fast.
we will work up something again i hope. if its not at a fest, then maybe we just schedule something in the spring. we could do it the day before or the day after a test and tune day at Beech Bend so guys could have two days of fun for their drive. not official, just an idea for the future. i would want it to be with the blessing and maybe even the help of C5.

it will come down to participation that will determine how crazy we can go. when it gets closer, we can see how many people are interested. i think the word is out on how much stu stu stupid amounts of fun the road side is. i had tons of guys telling me they wished they had signed up for one of the RC events.
can i get an amen brothers.......
