Thumbs up Build Your Own Cam Installation Kit

How about a simpler way to select all the parts you will need for your camshaft installation?

Cam Motion has created a Build Your Own Cam Installation Kit page on our website. All of the menus to choose your valve springs, lifters, pushrods, head gaskets, timing chain and more are all on one easy page.

And, once moved to the shopping cart, you can still change items in the kit and see the total price change in real time.

We have one for hydraulic cams and one for our LLR street solid cams. Check it out and tell us what you think:

There's no actual spot to select the camshaft itself. Or am I doing something wrong?

I think this is just for the installation kit, you would choose the cam separately. But having the cam in the picture is a little mis-leading in making you think that you would get the cam too.

Id be interested to see their LLSR cam lobe chart and some options for that cam rather than what you can get from calling in.

I should have bought a ZL1

You can't take it with you. Might as well have fun now!

The camshaft is selected separately. This option is for the accompanying parts. I have reworded the page a bit to clarify. Thank you for the excellent feedback!

I just could not help putting the camshaft in the picture. The 8620 camshaft is just too beautiful! But, I have reworded the page to make it more clear that this is the installation kit only.

These are new times Punisher. We can computer design a custom lobe to fit your exact needs. There is simply no need for a finite list of master lobes at Cam Motion because we can now make practically anything you need.

The like button on our site is the "add to cart" button.

We have recently added shaft roller rocker options for the LLR kits as well as ARP cam bolts and oil pumps for those who want to make thier kit truly complete.

That's the truth! It's what I put in my engine!
