It’s a small show but fun. The rain is coming in today and will continue until Saturday after noon. This Show has been moved to the next day Sunday the 8th after Church. So come on out and have lunch with us. Visit with friends and make some new ones. Registration will starts at Noon. Show will starts at 1:00 p.m. along with lunch.. Award show will start at 3:30 p.m. show will be over around 4:00 p.m. Cool looking awards also a Club Award.. Let all your friends know and bring them with you....

Alright everyone listen up!! TRay has been working her butt off on finding shows and events for the CLUB to do. She is having a very difficult time getting responses. I am guilty of this. Life gets hectic but at least take the time to reply to her so she knows all the hard work she is doing is appreciated. With that being said, she, Gregg and I had a good time at the Wesley House yesterday. Gregg took 1st place in the new car category and I got 3rd. TRay won a door prize, no it wasn't a multimeter. There is a huge show this upcoming Saturday, November 14 in Longview. Tons of awards and sponsors. We haven't done anything in the Longview area since I've been in the club. This would be a great opportunity to recruit new members for the club. The key to this though is to have our current members come out and participate. Our club looks impressive when we have numbers to back it. I know work schedules make it very tough for some of yall to make it out on Saturdays. This is YOUR club. If you want to see it grow and thrive, which we all do, then we have to have a unified approach. Remember how awesome it felt to roll into a car show with 10+ Camaros?!?!? Let's make that happen this Saturday. Looks like the weather will be beautiful. Plus it's benefitting the veterans memorial in Longview, which is a great cause. Sound off people, let's get some communication going, let TRay know something, even if you can't make it. The Club was booming and busy with events a while back. Let's make that happen again. It's up to US to do it. I look forward to hearing from ALL of you and seeing quite a few of you on Saturday. We will discuss the details as far as meeting location and time later in the week.

Hi all,
I just wanted to remind everyone about the Toys for Tots car show in Lindale, Saturday 11/21. This show is for a great cause and a way for us to give back to East Texas!

Last year we won the club award for having so many members in attendance. It sure would be nice to have that happen again this year. This will probably be one of the last car shows for a while so I hope to see everyone there. This year they actually have a category for new vehicles with a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place award.

You can register online through Nov 18th @ www.rgcarshows.com and then pay the day of the show. Please be sure to put that you’re a member of the Camaro’s of East Texas when registering so that all of our members are accounted for and can be considered for the club award. The last few shows I’ve been to this year the club award was given away to other clubs and I would LOVE for COET to get one more this year!

Don’t forget to bring an un-wrapped toy for donation to the Lindale Fire Department.
