How many $$

The pressing question to me is what will it cost to do this to mine?

What kind of power do you think it would make at 8.5 to 1 compression? Thinking of getting built stroker and later going turbo once funds build back up.

I know this is a verrrrry late reply and sorry to bother you all, but I just thought I would answer this question in this old thread I found.

But I don't think your engine would be running as good as it would with a 11.5 compression without FI, maybe you should wait for you have the money for both the FI and the stoker kit and that would be better. Guy who previously owned my 4th Gen. had a supercharger on the 427, but removed it to sell, and I bought the camaro from him after he just removed the supercharger. And let me tell you, without a new tune and a raised compression ratio, it didn't run like I planned. Got the funds and got some pistons, a good old email tune. And my guesstimate is I make 500+ at the wheels. Good luck on your build

I'd like to know the relative cost as well. I'll bet that setup sounds downright NASTY

I was looking at your signature and saw the "TVS2300 coming soon" I hope you planned ahead and had your stroker done at a lower compression like 9.5 or 10 to 1 compression rate. NA stroker builds are usually at 11 to 11.5 to 1 compression and FI generally doesn't play nicely with that high of a compression rate.

I saw your old posting and was wondering if you still have the this car? If so, how has it held up to the stroking with supercharger? Any problems?

The reason I ask is because I have a 2011 M6 LS3 that has tvs2300 supercharger and I was thinking about having it bored or stroked or both, but don't know enough to proceed on which choice is best and question the durability of those different choices. But it sounds like you have already done what I think I want to do.

Can you advise me? What kind if costs did you see when you did this?
Thanks!

Depends on the build. We build some in house, sometimes we use GM crate long/short blocks and we use ERL as well. Just depends on the customer/budget/use.

Just curious. What is the ballpark price for a 416 stroker like this, including all the parts and labor?
