Been researching threads all week...found at least five cars with similar builds minus the fuel system upgrades and pulley making more than 500 HP on less boost. Now the shop is telling me the 72# injectors are too big for the build...the shop does more Fords than Chevys, but, given that I originally dynoed at 340 HP with just bolt ons on the same dyno, a 155 HP jump sounds right...maybe its just the way the dyno is calibrated....

Sounds like you are making very good HP gains. Get the O2 sensor in, the JRE tune and you should be all set. Drive and enjoy.

Yea 160 is a nice jump, my only other thought is to see if you can find another dyno and run it on that, see what the difference is. But that does cost money!

On the brighter side, I pulled 26.4 MPG avg from NC to FL.....almost a 3 MPG improvement over non-boosted....

Here's the dynosheet from my tuner...I thought it was strange that none of the atmospheric info was on the sheet...all the other sheets they have of builds they've done have them...of course, those are all Mustangs...

So sorry for bumping such an old thread. But i would like to ask you guys who went with a 3.6" pulley. Did you pin your crank pulleys? if so where did you get your kit from?
Planning to fit a ARP bolt too instead of the OEM GM one Thanks |

I didn't pin mine at 3.6...but when I switched to 3.4 I did pin it, and I'm now at a 3.0
