Not sure about all kinds, but I know the dyno my tuner uses requires that the gear ratio is set in the parameters. I would assume if that is done, it adjusts the numbers accordingly.

Well he did it 4th and then he got a crazy error message saying the kW we're exceeded so he just dialed the rest in in 5th I don't believe he changed the parameters because the dyno sheet still said 4th and he told me it is actually a little higher because he used 5th so I just wanted to know if any one knew how to calculate that. Mostly because I have an over under bet with my buddy and I like to win.

You'd be closer than I was then if that worked. My guess is if he had to go to 5th and didn't put the 3.91 in the parameters there's no real way to get close to accurate. If it was overwhelming the dyno in 4th, myself I'd be skeptical of all the numbers. Should have still been able to dial in a/f and timing though.

AGP and meth explain why for the dyno issue.
