I literally installed it this morning and made a test run so no experience except that. The car is fine so far.

I hope it's ok on my car. Can't wait to install it on my car. I think with the 4.10's I might have to dial it back a little.

Yup , then there is the other side of the story... it is the same thing as a sprint booster or other brands doing a increase in voltage for the delay inherent in the potentiometer that is in the pedal assembly for better mileage and traction. If it gives your car a brain fart and CEL..well it can be cleared, and have heard of people removing them but hey its not new tech its been around as long as drive by wire.. They are what they are, back before vitesse "made" these the exact appearing controllers where on ebay from China.

So if it takes your lag away its good, though on the other hand if you have no lag and have enough traction troubles from being built its as useless as a sixth toe... lol And yes removing torque management is a big one for making the cars ECU not stop and go " oh no its going loose traction rob power from rear tire argggggg" ..... Night and day big......
Anyway good luck with those 4:10s the teeth size due to our carrier size being small make it easier the higher numerically you go in the gears to trash them in the past from a few posts I read over the years. I would want a LPW cover for the rear if I were you to try to stiffen it. but the BMR stuff is good for helping I know that too... nothing like wheel hopping and having torque management rob power...LOL
Good luck to you, I know Jannetty also makes billet end caps for the rear but they have to be machined with the rear out to match....

I've had the 4.10 for over three years, almost four, and not one issue. I've been down the track several times used comp mode often, driven the crap out of these grears on the street, been through three sets of rear tires, on my fourth set now, and still no issues. I think there was only a few people that had problems with the 4.10. There's a lot of guys with 4.10 that run with no issues, because of those few people, others started to ass-u-me they were bad. I've been thinking about getting the LPW diff cover.

So one thing I've noticed about the VTC is that every time I walk up to my car the display is still on. Does this thing just sit there and draw off the battery or does it shut off at some point?

Love the vtc. The car is a completely different animal with it. No codes or anything, howeverm, you gotta be careful on hills. Still getting used to mine, last night was stopped on a hill and someone pulled up really close to me, I let the clutch out a little and went to step on the gas like I normally do but the VTC was on SP5 and she rev'd all the way to redline super quick haha
