Regarding the headers. I was planning on getting a set of factory manifolds coated and thought that a set of coated shorty headers would look good. I'm not too concerned with sound. My next round of mods will include a set of NOWEEDS after the turbos.

Just use factory manifolds and put the money towards tires/suspension/wheels/etc.

I wouldn't mess with the shorties I stuck some on a 1le last week and the drivers side 3rd from exhaust tube has a weird bend in it making it not ideal for plug wire life... we went to orielys got a thermal boot and I sent him on his way he called 30 min later and it had burned the plug wire.. he ordered a new set of wires so we could make the routing different and better cover and has been fine but a turbo car is hotter so I wouldn't even mess with it.

Ceramic coat stock manifolds

as far as sound I took of my GMPP parts cat back and put on a Borla ATAK.. I hear no difference.. hell you probably don't even need an exhaust hooked up.

I passed my buddy to see if he could here the new ATAK system and asked if it was as loud as his night fury cam, Pfatd headers, and NPP dual exhaust... he said no but the turbos were deafening and it sounded so bad ass..

I was worried my car was going to be quiet with the turbos. It's not screaming loud like it was, but it's def still pretty loud. At WOT it still screams.

I'll bug Jr in a bit and see how tuning is coming along. I think they were planning on going to Rudy's. So I could take my car since they're not working on it anyway.
