A couple cautions for you. Otherwise awesome!!
1. The 6L80E's seals can not handle anything over 200psi for very long.
2. With this cam, any shifts over 6k are a waste. You actually have leveled off in HP and your torque is on the decreasing side (not good). Now change the cam and thats a different story.

I have the LS3 and didn't really have any big issues prior. I did feel a little jerky in the first couple minutes when starting up. I pulled the fuses last night but didn't see any big changes this am. No loss to try I guess!

I think they were meaning they bumped the shift points up 200 rpms, not 200psi.

Pulled fuses last night.

When we purchased the car, the dealer put in regular octane fuel. We did notice the hesitation, and waited after filling up a few times. Since the car has almost 1,000 miles now, we pulled the fuses last night, and it may just be me, but I did feel a difference in my L99. Thanks guys!

I have an LS3. I have driven plenty of manuals over the years, but I have never owned one and driven it everyday. I have been getting better at driving it, but still thought I sucked pretty bad.

Tried the fuse pull last night and today it's like I have a new car (I know, I know, it IS a new car). I don't know that it is any faster, but I do know it is a HELL of a lot SMOOTHER.

Right away, just backing out of the garage, reverse was so much smoother getting started. Starting from a stop is MUCH better. I had issues with it kind of "lugging" as I started and was chalking that up to inexperience, but that is COMPLETELY gone now. 1st-to-2nd and 2nd-to-3rd are now as smooth as the high gears. The biggest difference, though is the accelleration and decelleration are both smoother, and this is what makes the car truly feel different. Before, I got great accelleration after 3.5k RPMs, but lower than that the car was very jerky, the same when slowing down. Now it's smooth as silk all the way up and down.

I am really kind of shocked how much of a difference this makes. Again, it's like a different car. You wouldn't think a few Octane points would effect the car that drastically so I am surprised the different tables set the car up so differently. It makes me really curious where the line is between "high" and "low" octane. Like, if I get stuck somewhere and have to put 89 in it, is that going to drop me back down. Would the engine really run so much different on 89 and 91 (I am using 93) that this major difference is necessary?

Weird stuff, but I am thankful for the fix!

Pulled mine last night. WOW! What a difference. There used be a lot of hesitation in a stop and go situation (around the city). I don't seem to get that anymore.

Also, a question about gas. If I switch between mid (89) and premium (91) gas, will it effect the driving, or even go back to what it used to do?

I took a trip to Baton Rouge last weekend. (180 miles) I set the cruise at 75 and when I arrived the reading said 25.1 whitch is cool.

Averaged 17.6 on the way home.

sometimes when i drive it feels sluggish almost (its fast) but just feels not like a smooth acceleration.....like a slight tug, could this be bc of the gas maybe??

Of course it could be. Try the fuse pull but I'd get some acceleration times first.

Of course assuming you've got an SS.

I read on some thread or another... maybe in this one somewhere, that the 5/20 cured the backfire at startup. Didn't work for me :( Car still has a slight backfire. Is this normal?
