Sorry I missed that part.

It must be a crack or porosity in the casting as they are 2 very different cast passages that are not linked or divided by seals.

Triple update, sent the turbo to turbonetics and indeed it is a cracked turbo housing! On a side note I just bought a water meth kit and will be running 9lbs of boost now.
Should be making just over 600rwhp!
