JMHO and YMMV
Inspected TWICE!

Probably had a Catch Can too!

If I was the OP I would not take their phone calls, not answer any questions, etc.
If The dealer sues THEN & only THEN follow the law.
They Inspected the car, It's theirs imo.

Probably good advice. From my 10minutes of research, I don't think they have a leg to stand on.

With a name like supercharged2011 it sounds like maybe the car was modded at some point and then returned to stock. OP stated he sold it to a Toyota dealer, sold or traded in? I'm not in CA but when you sell a car, the bill of sale could ask whether the car has been modified. If I were the OP I would talk to a lawyer, honestly stating the true facts in the case, and only talk to the lawyer.

Just had a look at OPs stats. Looking at his old posts this car had an LS3 conversion, supercharger, different rear end etc etc. I would say he is probably **cked if he didn't disclose.

Send a message via Skype™ to 1KillerSS
You need to ask a lawyer if you have to sell the car back, I think there up sh!t's creek.

IMHO, OP needs to delete the thread all together.

If the shoe was on the other foot and the dealership did not disclose that a roll cage had been installed and removed, I'm guessing virtually everybody here would be telling OP he deserves his money back.

And the dealership would be excoriated for their shady business practices.

And rightly so.

So the replies here are somewhat interesting.

Yes, we are at that dubious and dangerous intersection of "as is, where is" and "full disclosure".
