I'd just turn it into my insurance company. Tell them exactly what happened. They will go after the car wash because they won't want to pay. One way or another either your insurance will pay or the car wash. Pretty simple.

my insurance has a $1000 deductable, and the estimate quote i received to fix them was $300 for both wheels with a buffer down, and at the end the entire RIM would be clear coated... at this point $300 isnt THAT much and i think that filing a claim with a small claims court would end up costing more time then $300 is worth because i have a very busy schedule... so im not sure yet

anyway I will be getting both wheels repaired soon, hopefully on monday and i will post pics of the outcome...

i guess this was a lesson learned the hard way :(

Good luck! Looks like the tires are a bit scuffed up too so you might want to have them reverse them so the scuffed side is on the inside.

You can use Dri Wash to clean your car. You dont need water.

Good luck with the repair.

Rocky did u inspect our paint after that car wash butchered your rims. Take a good look at it in full sunlight dont be surprised there are some nice new swirls in it now. Before doing anything to your new ride go to www.autopia.org and learn the skill of proper care of a car. You just spent 40k on a car take a few hours how to take care of her. Good luck man

But can you break them down off the wheels and put them on the other side? They would still be going the same direction but the outside right would be the inside left? Do I make sense at what I am asking? Move the rear right tire to the rear left BUT you have to break it down, reverse it and remount it on the other wheel.
